Dr. Rywak's experience in the field of Project Management includes:

• Project Manager for the production of space-flight hardware for Stanford University / NASA’s JPL

• Managing the implementation of a manufacturing facility for mass-producing miniaturized ionizing radiation sources for portable chemical sensor instrumentation

• Management of a team of seven employees on a project to evaluate best practices for making capital appropriations at high-tech companies

• Management of several technology-based new product introduction projects
