Best Practices for Capital Equipment Appropriation & Staffing
Reporting to the President of a large, ISO 9001 registered, publicly traded semiconductor company, for a 10-month period we led a team of seven employees on a project that examined methods for improving procurement of equipment and personnel. Part of this work involved employee focus groups, root-cause analysis, and extensive research into “Best Practices” employed at highly successful high-technology companies such as:
