Design for Manufacturing

From the outset of defining a new product or process, it's always our objective to use “Design for Manufacturing” principles.  For instance, early in the design stage of a project we will work closely with our customer to ensure that product tolerances are based on process capabilities.

The elimination of unnecessary features is also our objective, to reduce processing and materials costs, as well as to reduce the number of opportunities for defect formation
